Lacrosse Like a Native


Lacrosse is in full swing for the LCRockaway Natives. This past Sunday saw another great turnout for boys and girls ages five to 14 years old. Newcomers and returners alike developed the fundamentals of lacrosse, namely: groundballs, scooping, cradling, dodging, passing, catching, and shooting, while competing and having a great time.

 The morning was finished off with full games for both the girls, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and boys, from 10:30 a.m. to noon. The Native players will be back at it after the Easter break.
