Ingredients:
- Two filet mignon, each piece of meat, 4 to 6 oz. each
- Olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Directions:
To prepare the filets, pat steaks dry, then coat the steaks with oil on the top and bottom of each piece. Then, season with salt and pepper, according to your preferences.
Next, once they are ready, transfer steaks to the air fryer basket. Then, cook steak using air fryer, at 380 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, turning steaks over halfway through cooking. The exact cook time will depend on how well you like your steak.
Rare- 125 degrees
Medium Rare- 135 degrees
Medium- 145 degrees
Medium Well- 155 degrees
Well Done- 160 degrees
Once you remove steak from basket put a dollop of butter on the steak.
