Townhouse Cracker Chicken Cutlets

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 sleeve of Townhouse Crackers, crushed into crumbs (or use Ritz)
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/3 cup butter, cut into cubes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place beaten eggs and cracker crumbs into two separate bowls.
Add garlic salt, pepper and Italian seasonings to the cracker crumbs and combine.
Dip each cutlet into egg mixture and then into the crumb mixture to completely coat the chicken.
Put the chicken on a 9 x 13 baking dish and add cubes of butter around each breast.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Serve with your favorite side and enjoy!
