Summer Classic Finals Begin

The 41st St Francis Summer Classic concludes this week.
After much rain and rescheduling, The Tim Klein Mens Open Divisions finally completed their schedules on Tuesday and playoffs begin tonight, Thursday, in the schoolyard. Cabana will be the top seed in Division 1 and 4Elements in Division 2. Semifinals are on Tuesday, August 19 at 7:15 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. and the championships are on Thursday, August 21, with Division 2 at 7:15 p.m. and Division 1 at 8:30 p.m.
Quarterfinals for the Clare Droesch Womens Open division were Monday and Tuesday. Semifinals are Monday, August 18, with the championship is on Tuesday, August 19. Pizza D’Amore is the top seed.
Boys High School accelerated their championship due to players leaving for college. The game was moved to Wednesday, August 13, with Paul’s Bicycle and R Tyne Painting as the co-favorites. The Boys Grammar Middle and Boys Grammar Senior championships are Friday, August 15 at 7 p.m. and 8:15 p.m., respectively.
Girls High School semifinals were Wednesday, August 13, and the championship will be Tuesday, August 20.
The Girls Grammar Senior will play quarterfinals on Monday, semifinals on Tuesday, and championship on Thursday, August 21.
All schedules are subject to adjustment due to weather.
