It’s Toy Time!

For the fifth consecutive year, the PS/MS 114 Student Council proudly partnered with Rockaway resident Lieutenant Colonel James McKeon, USMCR, and the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program.

The mission of Toys for Tots is to collect new, unwrapped toys and distribute them as holiday gifts to children in need throughout the community. Thanks to the generosity and teamwork of the PS/MS 114 school community, this year’s collection was the largest and most successful to date.

School Principal Mr. Halfmann was extremely proud of how the entire school community came together to make this year’s collection the biggest and most successful to date. A special thank you goes to Parent Coordinator Barbara Luciano and Student Council advisors Mrs. Machado and Mrs. Leahman for their continued dedication and support.
