Addabbo Health Presents New Pharmacy Location

Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center (JPAFHC) is pleased to announce its on-site pharmacy at Site 1 has officially relocated from the Main Building to its new Annex, Room #159, conveniently located next to the Lab. This move is part of JPAFHC’s ongoing commitment to improving access and streamlining services for patients.

The pharmacy continues to offer the same comprehensive services with the same dedicated staff, now in a location designed to serve the community better. The full service pharmacy is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Health Center Pharmacy is also powered by the 340B Drug Pricing Program, a federal program that allows health centers like JPAFHC to purchase outpatient medications at a discount. These savings are reinvested into patient care, helping JPAFHC to:

  • Offer medications at lower costs for patients who qualify
  • Support important community health programs and services
  • Ensure that everyone has access to the medications and care they need
  • Improve health outcomes by helping patients stay on their treatment plans

“We are committed to enhancing the patient experience at every level of care,” said Renee Hastick-Motes, CEO of JPAFHC. “Relocating our pharmacy ensures patients can more easily access the medications and support they need, while continuing to receive the same high-quality, compassionate service they trust from our team.”

“Our goal has always been to provide high-quality, affordable, and accessible care for our community,” said Wyndy Webb, Chief Pharmacy Officer. “This move reflects that commitment, giving our patients a more comfortable space and expanding the services we can provide.”

The combination of the pharmacy relocation and the benefits of the 340B program means that JPAFHC patients will continue to receive the care they deserve right here in their community.

JPAFHC is located at 6200 Beach Channel Drive. Patients may contact the pharmacy directly at (718) 945-7150 or visit addabbo.org for medication questions or concerns.
