Food for All

The P.S. 114 school community proudly recognizes the Student Council and their advisors, Mrs. Machado and Mrs. Lehman, for their continued commitment to service at the JCCRP local food pantry. On Wednesday, January 14, students volunteered their time packaging food for distribution and stocking pantry shelves, making a meaningful impact for families in need. Principal Mr. Halfmann expressed how proud he is of the Student Council and consistently encourages students to support the local community as much and as often as possible. The Student Council looks forward to continuing this important work throughout the school year. A special thank-you to Mr. Naftali Gurwitz, Food Pantry Director, for welcoming and inviting the students of PS 114 each year.
