 Fruity Summer  Salad

I did not measure anything.

 

I bought:

  • 1 container blueberries
  • 1 container blackberries
  • 1 container raspberries
  • Red seedless grapes
  • Watermelon
  • Leftover rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 bag butter lettuce
  • Toasted walnuts, or toasted pine nuts
  • Smoked cheddar cheese, cut into bite size pieces

 

Directions:

Use your judgement how much you want. I cut the fruit in halves. Plate the lettuce, add the fruit, toasted walnuts, smoked cheese then place the chicken or whatever protein you want to use. I used a raspberry vinaigrette.

Great for a hot summer day.

You could add tuna fish or what ever topping you’re in the mood for.
