Fruity Summer Salad

I did not measure anything.
I bought:
- 1 container blueberries
- 1 container blackberries
- 1 container raspberries
- Red seedless grapes
- Watermelon
- Leftover rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 bag butter lettuce
- Toasted walnuts, or toasted pine nuts
- Smoked cheddar cheese, cut into bite size pieces
Directions:
Use your judgement how much you want. I cut the fruit in halves. Plate the lettuce, add the fruit, toasted walnuts, smoked cheese then place the chicken or whatever protein you want to use. I used a raspberry vinaigrette.
Great for a hot summer day.
You could add tuna fish or what ever topping you’re in the mood for.
