Dear Editor:
Are the N.Y.C. transit buses traversing Rockaway Beach Blvd. required to adhere to the 25-mph speed limit, and are they subject to enforcement via the speed cameras? During the evening and early morning hours, they SPEED up and down the Boulevard, clearly exceeding the posted speed limit, creating an annoying and extremely hazardous condition for all our residents. Thank you.
