Dear Editor:
When the live weekend bands begin to play in the evening at Caracas, in the Beach 106th St. Concession on the Boardwalk, the area seagulls fight for prime spots on the rooftop rail of 106-20 Shore Front Parkway directly overlooking the music and dancing below. Friday night’s performance from BIG SQUID was a big hit with the birds.
