St. Francis De Sales Dominates With Christmas Tournament Victory

The St. Francis 8th grade boys basketball team put on an impressive performance in the Christmas Tournament, defeating St. Agnes 67–32 with relentless defense and high energy from start to finish.

St. Francis came out fierce on the defensive end, pressuring the ball from the opening tip and forcing numerous turnovers. Their aggressive defense led to easy scoring opportunities, helping them jump out to a commanding 17–2 lead by the end of the first quarter.

The intensity never let up as the game went on. St. Francis continued to control the tempo, using strong defensive pressure and quick transitions to keep St. Agnes on their heels. By consistently winning the battle on both ends of the floor, St. Francis steadily extended their lead throughout the game.

In the end, St. Francis’ team effort and defensive focus proved too much to overcome, sealing a convincing 67–32 victory.
