Surprise Visitor at St. Camillus

Dear Editor:

What a surprise on Sunday in St. Camillus Church at the 11:30 Mass! A well-attended Mass was celebrated by Bishop Brennan. It was great to have him with us. He spoke a few words at the end of Mass that at this time no decisions are being made. This time is being used for serious discernment and evaluation. We want to thank all that attended Sunday’s Mass, especially the members of the St. Camillus basketball team. Please continue to join us at Mass as we continue to pray for St. Camillus Church and Parish. Let’s seize this time! If you haven’t already, we urge you to write to the Bishop to share your support. We are also collecting gifts to be distributed to the Nursing Homes in the neighborhood. Please drop off to the Rectory or Church by Dec. 16, an unwrapped item for a man or woman such as pjs, robes, socks, toiletries, sweaters, etc.
