Temple Beth-El Inviting Non-Members To High Holiday Services
Temple Beth-El of Rockaway Park (201 Beach 121st Street) is inviting non-members to participate in High Holiday Services for Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kipppur, etc. as their guests. Your High Holiday tickets include a free membership for the first year with a regular membership for the following years.
As the High Holidays begin at the start of October, it is advisable that you call the Temple Beth-El office at 718-634-8100 to arrange for your seats and to discuss the pending membership for the following year. The office staff will be more than happy to help you with any questions you may have. Please note that no one will be seated without a ticket.
Throughout the year, Temple Beth-El members participate in Shabbat Dinners, Summer Picnics on the lawn for both adults and children and musical programs and films, and at the present time we are planning several events, which we think everyone will enjoy.
Temple Beth-El is a Conservative Synagogue which has been in Rockaway for over one hundred years and celebrated that event with a gala dinner this past spring. Regular weekly services begin at 10 a.m. each Saturday morning followed by a kiddush in our Social Hall, which will give you an opportunity to meet some of our members.
