Updates On Mercedes Mone, Nic Nemeth & Trinity!!!

Hey Wrestle Talk fans! I want to thank you all again for the overwhelming number of emails we received last week. You are all awesome! So, let’s dive right into some wrestling news!

A scary moment happened at a recent WWE taping, where Carmelo Hayes and Austin Theory were both in a match, and they executed a top rope maneuver, and both appeared to have landed very awkwardly, which led the referee to call for the stop of the match. Both wrestlers were taken to the back for evaluation, and both were found in stable condition.

We have an update on Mercedes Mone, and it appears that she will be signing with All Elite Wrestling (AEW). News has gotten back to us that the WWE is no longer interested in pursuing her, and a dollar amount is now floating around. That amount may be up to $20 million for her to sign with AEW. Now, these are all reports coming in, but several sources have confirmed that a signing has happened or is getting ready to happen. Mercedes Mone and Bailey have also been seen together at a recent TNA Wrestling Show. We will continue to update you on this developing story.

Former WWE Superstar Dolph Ziggler has made his return back to wrestling, after being released by the WWE back in September. He appeared for TNA Wrestling at this past week’s “Hard To Kill” Pay Per View event, using his real name Nic Nemeth. He is scheduled to make his NJPW debut against David Finlay next month. He is also scheduled to appear for Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) very soon. It’s good to see Nic back and in demand.

We have news coming in regarding former WWE Superstar Naomi, who currently wrestles for TNA Wrestling as Trinity, and recently lost her Knockouts Championship to Jordynne Grace. Trinity may be going back to the WWE very soon. As per PWInsider, “Trinity still has several more dates with TNA,” and I believe we may see her departure from the company possibly by late February. We will keep you posted.

The Question of The Week comes from Steven H. in Rockaway Park, and he said, “I’m loving the new CM Punk t-shirts, I hope this means that he will be staying with the WWE. Any thoughts or information on CM Punk?” Hey Steven, as far as him staying, I don’t see him going anywhere, as he has a signed contract with the WWE. I do love his t-shirts and I am a fan of the “Hell Froze Over” shirt! But I have no information on CM Punk going anywhere. He is with the WWE, and he is doing a great job so far. Thanks for the question!

If you have a question or comment, please send it to eavil183@yahoo.com, and have a great weekend!
