100th Precinct Hosts Annual Easter Egg Hunt

The sun finally came out on Sunday, April 13, for the 100th Precinct’s annual Easter Egg Hunt to take place. Dozens of kids lined up outside of Sandpiper Playground to participate in the egg hunt. They collected colorful eggs filled with candy and other goodies and those who were lucky enough to find the golden eggs got bigger prizes. The event also included DJ music, resources, popcorn, cotton candy and a visit from the Easter bunny who hopped by to take photos. The event was made possible by the 100th Precinct Community Council, House on the Rock Church, Rockaway Civic, Ridgewood Savings, Kiwanis Club, Casino Auto, Madelaine Chocolate and St. John’s Hospital.
