Egg, Onion, Mushrooms and Tomatoes

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs, scrambled
- 1 medium sweet onion, diced
- 5 large mushrooms, quartered
- ½ pint cherry tomatoes, whole or sliced in halves
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Italian Seasoning, optional
Directions:
Cut all the vegetables. Add butter to heated pan. Add the onions to texture you like. Add the mushrooms. Sauté until combined. Add a little salt. Add the garlic. Once vegetables are almost done to your liking, add the tomatoes. Mix thoroughly. Once a little heated, add the scrambled eggs. Add a little salt, pepper and other herbs. You can scramble the eggs or make it omelet form.
