A Third Problem

Dear Editor:
Another issue I have is with the Parks Department or whoever is responsible for keeping our boardwalk clean.
It’s bad enough they took our view of the ocean away, so we can admire all the weeds they planted all over the place, which are occupied by rodents and wild cats, amongst plenty of garbage and broken glass all over the boardwalk.
Although it’s hardly a boardwalk, for there are zero boards. And how about all the dog sh** that people don’t wish to pick up? Why is that? Perhaps we can put some type of plastic dog bag dispensers by all the garbage pails? I’m sure that might help? The weeds they planted need to be cut back so they are not sticking through the railings. They harbor these thorn balls which get attached to the dogs and are quite painful for our furry animals.
What are your thoughts?
A.P.
