 Conscious Manifestation

What do you think of when you hear the word ‘manifestation’? I see manifestation as bringing something into fruition. When we manifest something into reality, we bring an idea, thought, or dream from the invisible realm into the tangible, 3-D world. Through conscious manifestation, when done properly, we can live our hopes and goals.

We are manifesting every single day, whether you realize it or not. What you specifically are manifesting begins with your mind. Thoughts provoke actions. Additionally, though patterns create feelings in the body. If you’ve ever come to my sound baths, visited my website, or caught me on social media, you’ve heard me discuss vibration. Everything in our universe– you, me, the animals and plants, everything physical and invisible — is energy vibrating at different frequencies, and like attracts like. So, how your body is vibrating, how you are feeling on a cellular level, will attract things of a matched vibration. Seeing it this way, we can begin to understand how our mind shapes our reality.

I believe that we come into this physical existence with amnesia, with the purpose of remembering who and what we truly are on a deep soul level and bringing that up to the surface and into the world. In the process of remembering, as we are growing up, our mind can become distracted by superficial things and mistake who we truly are.

The mind magnifies what it focuses on, so when it’s focused on something other than the essence of what we are (pure abundance, unconditional love, uncontaminated creative energy), it can lead us astray. This is often part of the process of maturing on our journey toward finding ourselves.

By understanding how conscious manifestation works and learning to use the powerful tool of the mind, you can rather quickly begin to change the way in which your body is vibrating and, as a result, call in the life of your dreams. I have been using a specific manifestation technique (which I now teach in workshops at Ocean Bliss Yoga and one-on-one to clients) for the past five years, and the ways that my life has taken, and continues to take, the shape of my heart-inspired dreams is truly wondrous.

Along with the technique, I find there are a few things that have to be in place for it to be effective. First, the ability to drop down from the thinking mind into meditation. This allows us to surrender our grip of the outer layers, accepting and even appreciating everything that we are, and our life, in this present moment. As we do this, we relax the mind deep inside, on the truth of what we are. This remembrance gives the mind perspective, bringing it peace and wisdom. Meditation is an incredibly accessible practice that, with a little bit of guidance, anyone can learn and do. Next, you have to make sure you feel worthy to receive what you are trying to call in, on both a mental and cellular level. There are simple ways to begin opening your self-worth, which I discuss in detail during my manifestation workshops and client sessions. Finally, the more grounded and centered you are, the more likely you will be to bring your dreams into fruition. Dreams can only manifest when you have the calm and balance to sustain them. If you are ungrounded, your dreams cannot fully come through because the excitement of them will throw you off of your equilibrium. You must have a stable vessel to completely receive your dreams.
