  • Chile is home to a telescope facility that is named, interestingly enough, “The Very Large Telescope.”

 

  • The pet turtles in Rocky 1 (1976) are the same turtles used in Creed II (2018). Their names are Cuff and Link.

 

  • The largest art heist in history took place back in 1990 at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston. It involved 13 paintings worth $500M.

 

  • If the “shells” on top of the Sydney Opera House were to be reassembled, they would form a perfect sphere.
