NYPD Seeks Subway Slashing Suspect
The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the whereabouts of a male individual who is wanted in connection with an assault that occurred on the A train.
On Monday, March 30, at approximately 07:15 a.m., an unidentified individual slashed a 15-year-old male victim multiple times in the face while onboard a northbound “A” train. The individual fled the subway at Broad Channel Subway Station in an unknown direction. EMS responded to the scene and transported the victim to St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
The individual is described as a male with a dark complexion, approximately 15 to 18 years of age, with a slender build and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and black shoes.
