 Pan Fried Black Fish

I didn’t measure anything.

Ingredients:

  • Fish fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic, turmeric, Italian herbs
  • Corn meal

 

Directions:

Pat dry the fillets. Put seasoning on both sides.

Roll in the corn meal.

Heat the pan and add vegetable oil. Fry for 4-5 minutes. Turn and cook another 4-5 minutes.
