101st Precinct Celebrates National Night Out
The 101st Precinct’s National Night Out went on despite the storm. The community gathered at O’Donohue Park on Beach 17th Street for the festivities. They enjoyed DJ music, arts and crafts, food, ices, resources, award presentations and more. Loads of elected officials stopped by including Senator James Sanders, Councilwoman Selvena Brooks-Powers, Assembly Members Khaleel Anderson and Stacey Pheffer Amato and Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz.
