Air Fryer Steak Fajitas
By Sharon Feldman
Ingredients:
- 1-pound flank steak (or whichever cut you like), sliced
- 2 small onions
- 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small yellow pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 package of Fajita Seasoning
- 1 package of tortillas
Directions:
Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees.
Cut onions in half and slice thin. Slice peppers thin. Combine onions and peppers in a medium bowl and add olive oil and salt and pepper.
Place sliced steak into separate bowl and add the olive oil and sprinkle the Fajita seasoning and mix until combined thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate.
Transfer the onions and peppers into the air fryer basket and air fry for 12 minutes, stirring every four minutes.
After 12 minutes, add the marinated sliced steak on top of the Fajita vegetables. Cook for another 7 minutes, or until meat is cooked through but still tender.
Toast up a few tortillas and top them off with the fajita meat and veggies. You can also add some avocado/guacamole or whatever toppings you want.
