Great Day on the Bay

Quick shout-out to Hank Lewis, proprietor of Rockaway’s Surf Skate Fitness for finally getting me on a stand-up paddle board.

If anyone else has been curious about this sport but hasn’t yet put their toes on a SUP, you need to call Hank. His equipment is top notch, and his training style is patient and laid back. What a beautiful way to enjoy the bay, but be careful, you might get hooked.
