Starting November 4!
The Rockaway Theatre Company in collaboration with Gateway National Recreational Area presents its final show for 2022—“A Few Good Men.” Tickets are already on sale for this Broadway hit about the trial of two marines for complicity in the death of a fellow marine at Guantanamo Bay. The Navy lawyer expects a plea bargain and a cover-up of what really happened. However, the plot thickens, when prodded by a female member of his defense team, the lawyer eventually makes a valiant effort to defend his clients and, in so doing, puts the military mentality and the Marine code of honor on trial. Show dates: November 4, 5, 6, 11*, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20. Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m., and Sundays at 2 p.m. On Friday, November 11, veteran and active-duty members of the armed forces will be admitted free of charge.
