Known for serving up the holy trinity of oysters, music and beer, this year’s festival lives up to its reputation with three hours of unlimited Blue Island, Deep Water and Peconic Gold oysters, Blue Point and KONA beers, and live music by the Rock-A-Wades. The festival is a zero-waste event as all oyster shells are collected for the Billion Oyster Project, which aims to restore one billion oyster shells for reef protection at NY Harbor.
