This annual Fall Freedom Fest returns chock-full with a variety of American and German food fare and beverages, plus live music throughout the day. Proceeds go towards covering medical expenses for a local family in need. NYPD 100th Precinct Community Affairs beckons kids of all ages to their spook-tacular Children’s Parade & Trunk Or Treat! Parade starts at Beach 102nd Street and the boardwalk, then immediately following, Trunk Or Treat at the 100th Precinct (92-24 Rockaway Beach Blvd.). Bring your kiddos in their best costume for a chance to win the costume contest! Also, there’ll be giveaways, and various NYPD units tabling the event, providing informational resources for the community.
