RT Photo Contest’s Honorable Mentions!

In our May 1 newspaper, we revealed the Top 30 photos of the Rockaway Times’ 2025   Photo Contest, which have been enlarged to poster-size and will be on display on the boardwalk this summer. We had almost a thousand photos submitted this year, and it was a very tough decision for the judges. These are the five Honorable Mention photos chosen by the judges. They didn’t quite make the cut of the Top 30 photos, but these beauties were too good to not be seen. So, they have also been enlarged and will be on display this summer at the ferry landing at Beach 108th Street for all to enjoy when they are traveling on the ferry. Kudos to these photographers for these great shots.

At the end of the summer, when they are taken down, the photographers will be able to pick up the poster-size photo from The Rockaway Times office.
