(In response to the 9/5 article about the car stolen and crashing in Breezy Point). Please keep your readers informed about court developments in this case. I think it is outrageous that he was released without bail. I’ve texted our Assemblywoman suggesting that she become vocally active in demanding changes to our existing bail laws. This individual, in addition to the litany of charges, endangered the lives of innocent little children.

I wonder what the Queens D.A. will let him plea bargain down to.
