 Air Fryer Marinaded  Skirt Steak

This one’s super quick and easy!

 

Ingredients:

  • Skirt Steak
  • Your favorite marinade (I used Soy Vey)

Directions:

Marinate the steak for at least two hours. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Put the skirt steak in the basket, do not overlap it.

Cook six minutes. Turn, cook another six minutes. This will give you medium rare. Add more time for your desired level of doneness.

(Note: In last week’s  three ingredient banana bread recipe, the amount for the self-rising flour should be two and a half cups, NOT one and a half cups.)
