 Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenderloins

Serves: 2


  • 1 package chicken tenders (about 8 pieces)
  • 1- ½ lb. bacon
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
  • Smoked paprika or cayenne pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Brown sugar


Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray a foil lined pan with either olive oil or butter.

Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika on both sides of chicken tenderloins.

Wrap bacon around the tenderloins. Sprinkle bacon wrapped chicken tenderloins with brown sugar.

Bake 25 minutes on the middle rack. Raise the pan 4 inches and broil approximately 5 more minutes until the bacon crisps.

++ You can substitute turkey bacon as well.
