Crock Pot Honey Rosemary Pork Chops 


  • 2 pounds bone-in pork chops
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ¼ cup honey
  • (I used a little more)
  • 1 tablespoon finely
  • chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried or fresh
  • thyme



Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper. Place in 6 quart crockpot.  Spread the garlic evenly on top of the pork chops

Drizzle honey over the pork chops, sprinkle the rosemary and thyme.

Cook and cover on high for 3 hours. Serve and enjoy!
