Domingo World Comes to Edgemere Farm
Domingo World is a free monthly happening at Edgemere Farm on Beach 45th Street with live music, dance, art, and food curated by Giovanni Fernandez-Kincade and m i c c a.
Set in the open sunshine of a Queens beach farm, surrounded by growing organic produce, flowers, and chickens. Audiences can bring a blanket or share a picnic table with new friends. The vibe is playful and light. It’s a moment to roll the dice and see what emerges. Each event runs from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. and includes three music acts, a dance/ performance artist, a visual art installation, and a local food vendor.
All events will hold a raffle with stellar prizes such as a sail for up to six people with Sail Rockaway, Patagonia gear, artisanal local products, and gift cards to local businesses.
Domingo World is free with an RSVP on Eventbrite (search Edgemere Farm). Audiences are encouraged to donate if they can. All donations directly support the artists.
Domingo World 2024 kicks off its summer season Sunday June 2, 1 – 5 p.m., with events also happening July 7, August 4, and September 8. Food and drink are available for purchase.
Portable toilets on-site. Seating is available but limited.
