Easy Delicious Meatloaf

Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 pounds chop meat (or ground turkey)
- 1 tsp of fresh thyme
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- ½ cup panko crumbs
- ¼ cup romano cheese
- ¾ cup ketchup (divided)
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add chop meat, thyme, salt, egg, garlic, panko crumbs, 1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar to a bowl. Mix until combined. Mold the meatloaf on the baking sheet.
Whisk together the remaining ketchup and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl. Brush the mixture over the entire loaf.
Bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes. Internal temperature should be 160 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
