Dear Editor:
So, to be clear, if I am having people come down to Rockaway for a visit and do not have the driveway space, the accepted policy is that they can park on Beach Channel Drive from 117th Street down to the Breezy Point Ramp so long as they have fishing equipment? Park in the striped shoulder lane where possible, if not, pull onto the grass.
