Traffic Fix

Dear Editor:

The traffic downtown is horrendous due to the shutdown of Edgemere Blvd. It now takes over a half hour to go a few blocks at all hours and it’s not getting better.

Here is the fix. Make a temporary road on Sprayview Ave from Beach 38th to Beach 41st, so all the cars can avoid the traffic by going down Beach 32nd Street to Sprayview to Edgemere Ave at Beach 41st or the other way Beach 41st to Sprayview to Beach 32nd and Seagirt.

It’s great to build, but not at the expense of the thousands that need to use the roads. Hopefully we can make this happen. It’s actually a dangerous situation in many ways due to the gridlock. Thanks.
