 WWE News & More

Welcome to another week of Wrestle Talk. I want to say thank you to all the fans who sent in an overwhelming amount of emails with questions last week. Let’s get to the news!

Former WWE Superstar and Legend Billy Graham was hospitalized last week and placed into an Intensive Care Unit due to a possible cardiac event. Current reports are saying that Billy’s heart rate and blood pressure have returned back to normal, and he will be getting transferred to a Patient Care Unit for further recovery. We here at Wrestle Talk wish Billy a speedy recovery. A GoFundMe page has been set up to help with medical costs. If you would like to donate, go to:

Last week, we reported that Vince McMahon has come back to the WWE, as the Chairman of the Board, in order to facilitate the sale of the company. Many rumors have since surfaced that he has already sold the WWE to a Saudi Arabia Public Investment Organization. Now, these are reported rumors and we have not been able to verify these reports. But we will stay on top of this developing story.

We also reported last week that Stephanie McMahon has resigned as co-CEO of the WWE, and many saw this as a bad sign, as Stephanie is very well liked and respected within the company. We are hearing reports that with Stephanie now gone, the direction of the WWE may take a turn and that turn could be for the worst. Many felt that with Stephanie making key decisions for the company and her husband Triple H in charge of creative content, the WWE was in a good position and fans were coming back to watch the promotion.

National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) Women’s Champion, Jamille, has recently revealed that she is interested in signing with the WWE. Although she stated that she loves working for the NWA. The promotion is not at the same level, as the WWE, and she would love an opportunity to work for them.

The Question of the Week comes from Victor C. in Rockaway Park and he said, “I heard rumors that if the WWE is sold, Stephanie McMahon and her husband Triple H will start their own wrestling company?” Victor, I have not heard this rumor but I can say this. I can totally see Stephanie and Triple H, approaching companies like Disney or Amazon and pitching them the idea of starting a new wrestling company. Especially if the WWE is sold to Saudi Arabia. Thank you for this great question!

Send any questions or comments you want answered to eavil183@yahoo.com and have a great weekend!
