 Air Fryer Flounder with Mustard and Honey Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 2 flounder fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine the sauce ingredients (everything but the flounder). Marinate the flounder in the sauce for 30 minutes.

Preheat the  air fryer to 400°F and place the marinated flounder fillets in the air fryer.

Air fry for 7-8 minutes, depending on the thickness. Serve and enjoy!
