Cannoli Cream with Waffle Cone

This easy chocolate chip cannoli dip is made with ricotta, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla, served with broken cones for dipping.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ricotta
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- Waffle cones, broken into dippable pieces.
Directions:
Use a standard mixer (or handheld) and a large bowl. Beat the ricotta, cream cheese and powdered sugar on medium high speed until smooth, 3-5 minutes. Add the vanilla extract and whip for another 30 seconds.
Taste – if you like it sweeter, add more powdered sugar, about 2 tablespoons at a time. You can safely add up to another ½ cup of powdered sugar without negatively impacting the consistency.
Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving some to sprinkle on top. Enjoy!!
