Lions Spread Joy to Arverne Seniors
Members of the Arverne Visionary Lions Club recently made a presentation of donations to the Peninsula Rehabilitation and Nursing Home in Arverne.
On Saturday, January 27, some of the members donated activity books, magazines, books, arts and crafts material, painting materials, shampoo and conditioners, socks and clothes for the patients. Ms. Ellen, Recreation Director, was honored to receive the items on behalf of Peninsula Rehabilitation and Nursing Home.
