Super Easy Delicious Skillet Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken cutlets, cubed
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon of paprika
- ½ juice from lime
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 8 ounces chicken broth
- Handful fresh thyme (or substitute parsley), chopped
Directions:
Cube the cutlets. Add to medium bowl. Add the salt, pepper and paprika. Mix to incorporate. Sprinkle in the flour. Mix thoroughly. Set aside.
Add olive oil to a hot pan. Put the chicken in and stir, until browned on all sides. Once browned, remove to a bowl. Add a little more oil and butter to the pan. Add the garlic. Sauté for a minute. Add the chicken soup and lime juice and stir. Add the fresh thyme. Stir. Put the chicken back in the pan and mix, coating the chicken.
